Prince and the New Power Generation sent out an emale to the NPG Music Club members to join
the group in celebrating the end of the One Nite Alone ... with Prince 2002 World Tour, which
ran through North America, Europe and Japan. Prince invited his NPGMC members to the Friday, December 13, taping
of The Tonght Show with Jay Leno, which he, the NPG, Eric Leeds and Shelia E. performed The Everlasting Now,
a very uplifting joint from 2001's
"The Rainbow Children."
Then it was off to Sin City, Las Vegas. Jo, a fellow Motor Baby from Chicago, sent us this
detailed report from the funk-filled weekend. She has the scoop on what went down the entire weekend, including news on how
April pushed aside former heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson in order to see Prince on stage at The Aladdin.
